Here are some pictures of my uncle's 76 Chevy. He got it from a family friend and totally went through it. I think it looks even better in person than it does in these pics. Some details: it's a 76 with an 80 front end, later doors, and an 80's box. It has a nicely built 350, TH400 and a Gear Vendor overdrive. The cowl hood is a Goodmark.

The extra switches in the middle of the dash control the Gear Vendor overdrive.
The mirrors are pretty uncommon dealer accessory power mirrors. I don't think they were ever put on a truck from the factory, but they were available from GM.
I like this detail. I really don't like chrome rear diff covers, but I really like this aluminum one.
Flowmasters and X pipe. The X is further back than you would like, but it does sound good! It also has a gear drive that adds to its tough sound (but you wouldn't want that on a daily driver...)
